Maddie

Madison Smith - Social Media Director and Administrator

My name is Madison and I was a part of the initial relocation team from Dallas, Texas. Having lived a majority of my life in the central part of the U.S., I’m excited to be living so close to the coast. One of my biggest goals is to become a snowbird (someone who migrates with the weather), and my move to Florida was my first step in that direction. Originally I was working within the Management In Training program, however I found I was better suited for more administrative work. Now days you can find me around the office taking pictures and videos of the team, bugging others to complete their paperwork or designing our next post.

Isabel

Isabel Nguyen - Hiring Manager

My name is Isabel Nguyen, I was born in Orange County, California, moved to Dallas, Texas and now I am here in Tampa. I was attracted to New Wave Executives because I always wanted to help people. My previous work experiences have always been customer service facing; I would hear many stories and see glimpses of people’s lives. It drove me to want to help people in a more direct way–which is how I find myself here. When I first started, I got promoted within my first week at the company, and now I am a Leader who is working towards qualifying for Assistant Management. Each day I am striving to be 1% better, and my goal is to always help others succeed while I build my own team. A little fun fact about me, I played piano for 10 years and I used to play tennis as well. My ultimate goal in life is to retire my parents and to keep enjoying the small things in life. Working at New Wave has given me the opportunity to achieve those goals and to continue to set new goals for the future!

Myles

Myles Jones - Assistant Manager

I attended Texas A&M University and Duke University, where I developed a strong foundation both personally and professionally. I’m a foodie who loves trying new restaurants and cuisines. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring parks and national rivers around Tampa with my dog, as well as spending quality time with friends and family. I am passionate about being a leader who inspires growth, learning, and personal development in others. Long term, I hope to give back by building a school in another country to support and uplift a local community.

Cam

Cam Vidales - Leader

I was raised in Coahuila, Mexico, and moved to Texas at the age of 16 with a strong desire to build a life that allowed me to help others. With a natural passion for giving back to the community, I pursued this career as a way to use my skills to amplify the voices of organizations that make a positive impact. I was thrilled by the opportunity of moving to Florida and helping New Wave Executives grow into a transformative force for good, because I’ve always been driven by the belief that work should be meaningful and contribute to the greater good. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, often reading books in parks or under the shade of a tree with an oat milk latte. I also have a deep love for live entertainment, attending concerts, theater productions, and community events–embracing the arts and supporting local talent. Balancing a career dedicated to helping others with their personal passions and goals, I am always seeking ways to grow, learn, and give back to both my community and the world at large.

Our Philosophy

Shaping the Current Ahead

Leadership at New Wave Executives is about helping people move forward with confidence, purpose, and a clear sense of direction. We give team members the support, experience, and responsibility they need to strengthen their abilities and prepare for what comes next.

Lead by Example
We have always believed that leadership starts with the standards we set through our own actions. Managers stay involved, communicate clearly, and demonstrate the accountability and professionalism they expect from others.
Grow Through Guidance
Development happens through consistent coaching, practical feedback, and opportunities to learn from experienced team members. We want people to understand not only what to do, but also how to improve with new experiences.
Give People Room to Rise
As team members build their skills, they are encouraged to take on more responsibility. This creates a path for people who want to build confidence, develop leadership capabilities, and pursue larger professional goals.
Move Forward Together
Individual progress matters, but so does the strength of the entire team. We encourage people to share knowledge, support one another, and contribute to an environment where everyone has an opportunity to make an impact.

Our Culture

Where People Add to the Wave

Life at New Wave Executives is shaped by teamwork, communication, and a willingness to keep learning. Each day gives team members opportunities to work alongside people with different experiences, perspectives, and goals while contributing to campaigns centered on meaningful causes. The environment we have built encourages people to stay engaged, support one another, and take pride in the role they play within the larger team.

Our team consists of people who come from a wide range of backgrounds, interests, and career paths. Many of them share a desire to help others while building something meaningful for themselves. Everyone can take a different path while still contributing to a shared direction built on integrity, dedication, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Professional Development

Building Skills for the Next Tide

We want team members to keep expanding what they can do, whether by strengthening communication skills, learning to guide others, or preparing for greater responsibility.

Hands-On Learning

Our team members can develop through practical experience that allows them to apply new skills in actual situations. Each responsibility serves as an opportunity to improve communication, judgment, organization, and leadership.

Ongoing Coaching and Mentorship
Growth is supported by people who understand the challenges of progressing within the organization. Coaching helps employees recognize what they are doing well, discover areas for improvement, and keep moving toward their goals.
Opportunities to Take the Lead
As employees show readiness, they can take on responsibilities that prepare them for future leadership and management roles. This gives them a chance to build experience while learning how to guide, support, and develop others.
